A practice born from hands-on experience
NS Servizi supports foreign nationals and families with immigration, tax and social security procedures, combining technical expertise with care for the individual.
The founder
Dott. Hasnat Mehmud
A graduate of the University of Insubria, he has worked in immigration, tax assistance and welfare services since 2014. He gained his experience working with the CGIL trade union and the Diritti Insieme association and, since 2012, has taught Italian to foreign nationals.
He is a court-appointed technical expert (CTU) at the Court of Monza (register no. 2096/18), a member of ASGI (Association for Legal Studies on Immigration) and an authorised operator for filing Decreto Flussi applications through ASSIDALDEF. He personally handles the most complex cases: refusals, notices of intended refusal and procedures stalled beyond the legal time limits.
Our story
On the side of those facing bureaucracy
NS Servizi grew out of its founder's experience in the world of immigration: years at the help desks of the CGIL and the Diritti Insieme association, and teaching Italian to foreign nationals. That is where we learned that an application is not just a form: behind it there is a person waiting for a permit to work, a family wanting to be reunited, a parent applying for citizenship for their children.
Today our office in Seveso brings together immigration consultancy, tax assistance (CAAF), welfare services (Patronato) and sworn translations at a single desk, with a team that speaks Italian, English and Urdu.
