Who it is for
Each year the Decreto Flussi sets the quotas for entry for work. Applications are filed online on set days and must be prepared in advance: employer requirements, worker details and the contract must be ready before the window opens.
What we do

- Preparation and filing of the application as an authorised operator through ASSIDALDEF, the Italian Association of Domestic and Family Employers
- Assistance with the worker's visa
- Signing of the residence contract at the Prefettura after entry into Italy
- First residence permit for work

- Employer's identity document and tax code
- Tax return or other proof of financial capacity
- Copy of the worker's passport
- Contract details: duties, working hours and pay
- Address of the worker's accommodation
